Track to the Trades

Nearly 4,000 associates started their path to a trade career through Track to the Trades in 2022, providing tuition reimbursement to associates completing apprentice certifications in a variety of trade careers.

Continuing Education

  • We currently employ 26,000+ veterans, active, guard, reserve, and military spouse associates in a variety of roles across the organization. 
  • Introduced badges for our store uniforms to identify associates who speak Spanish or American Sign Language. 
  • Our associates also lead eight Business Resource Groups (BRG), focused on maintaining and building an inclusive culture.

From affordable and accessible housing to critical repairs and disaster relief efforts, we work together to help our associates and communities grow. 

When a natural disaster strikes, we work together to recover and rebuild. In 2022, we supported our nonprofit partners in their relief efforts and distributed over 3,000 relief buckets, more than 20 truckloads of water, and 2,000 hot meals as part of our $2 million commitment to help communities recover from Hurricane Ian.
