Summer Internship Program

Our summer internship program helps students build their network and explore new career paths in retail, technology, and our corporate office. In 2022, 160 interns from 71 schools participated with 80% receiving a full-time offer.

Our immersive Launchpad program, launched in 2022, has helped people strengthen their skills as they enter the tech industry while seeking job placement.

Continuing Education

To help you grow at any stage in your career, we've partnered with Guild to offer 50+ academic programs from 23 universities and learning providers in various industries. Our 100% tuition-free education program helped over 5,300 associates continue their education in 2023.

As one of the world's largest home improvement retailers, we can significantly impact our communities. In 2022, over 1.4 million people are expected to benefit from Lowe's 100 Hometowns initiative, with over 1,883 associate volunteers creating community centers, housing, cultural preservations, and other valuable community spaces. 

Starting in 2022 and over the next four years, Lowe's Hometowns will invest over $100 million in our communities. We aim to complete 1,800 community impact projects nationwide with our associate volunteers' help.

The Store Support Center in Mooresville supports over 5,000 associates on 275 acres of land. This campus provides exceptional workspaces where you can collaborate with your team. We also offer plenty of amenities to help you achieve your ideal work life, including walking trails, a fitness center, a game room, and multiple dining options.

The Tech Hub, located in Charlotte, provides over 357,000 square feet of urban office space to support over 3,000 tech associates. This space offers both indoor and outdoor workspaces, coworker dining and lobby space, and a relaxing work environment. With easy access to the downtown metro, you'll have no shortage of activities to enrich your experience in Charlotte.
