Curiosity wanted. Innovation required.

We are a curious team.

It’s curious to think of innovation and stability co-existing. But we pair a 100-year track record of success with a hunger to do things differently. Everyone is in the work — tackling complex problems where your impact can build back or build up the communities we serve.

We fill our halls with curious minds from all walks of life. Our differences make us stronger, which is why our leaders build cultures of recognition and inclusion. You are heard, and your curiosities are celebrated and championed here.

And we have built a space where the curious can move freely. Up in title, up in skills, to the side with teams, or back to try something completely new. We help you find your path — because when you win, we all win.

This is a home to curiosity. It is a home to possibility.

Our interview process

Ready to get the ball rolling? Here’s a quick overview of the interview process for a tech role in our company. This process may vary depending on the specific position, but generally will follow these steps:

To apply for a Lowe’s Tech position, you can apply online, text lowesjobs to 37000 or apply from an external job posting site such as LinkedIn or Indeed. Submit your application and resume online.

If your application meets the requirements, we will reach out to schedule a 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter or hiring manager.

After the initial screening, you may be asked to complete a technical assessment, which may include coding challenges or a technical project.

After your assessment results are reviewed, you may be invited to a first-round interview, which may be conducted via phone, video, or in-person. During this interview, you may be asked technical questions about your experience, skills, and relevant projects.

After your first-round responses are evaluated, you may be invited to a second-round interview, which may be conducted with a hiring manager, technical lead, or other members of the team. This interview may delve deeper into your technical skills and experience, as well as asking questions related to Lowe's core behaviors.

If selected, you’ll receive a job offer, which can include details about your compensation, benefits, and start date. If accepted, you'll be given a pre-employment drug screening. Once complete, our team will reach out to schedule your orientation and start date.
