"Lowe's was the standout choice for me because of the conversations I had throughout the interview process. Each associate I have met here raves about the team they work on, the strong family atmosphere, and their passion for the company."

Summer Internship Program
Our summer internship program is your opportunity to solve real business challenges alongside industry experts. In this 11-week program, you'll meet professionals in your field, get an inside look at our culture, and contribute to the success of a Fortune 50 company (while getting paid and benefits).
One thing that surprised me about the internship program is how higher-level managers, directors, or even someone outside your team will set aside time to talk to an intern. The Inclusiveness at Lowe's is amazing, no matter what level or team you are on.
Throughout my summer at Lowe's, I had the opportunity to climb a steep learning curve in a short amount of time. Taking the initiative to meet my peers and build a network with my mentors, I plan on being intentional, valuing the relationships I build and taking advantage of this collaborative environment.

My experience was amazing. I did real hands-on work, just like any other salaried associate. If you want to really get that hands on experience, Lowe's is the best place to be.
I got to travel for my internship, so I went to California and Florida to do some store testing. I think that's what really helped me learn more about the business and really enjoy what Lowe's is about in the culture that I see everywhere.
This program offers hands-on experience to candidates who want to break into tech. You'll gain valuable skill-building experiences and a place to connect with tech leaders, all while finding full-time job placement in this expanding industry.
You do not need a college degree to join. We encourage you to apply if you have any interest or certifications in:
"Because of the Launchpad program I was able to go from a part time cashier role to a full time UX role. There is a lot of growth that comes with that, but that's what helped get me here today."
