Students & Grads

Working directly with leaders across multiple departments, our rewarding internships and full-time roles are great for students, MBAs, and recent graduates alike. We empower students to explore their potential through hands-on experience, while discovering solutions to real challenges.

As part of our 10-week program, our interns will complete project-based work, receive professional development training through Lowe’s University, attend a volunteer event to help our community, and join an Executive Speaker Series with five Executive Leaders including a Q&A with our CEO, Marvin Ellison.

My Lowe’s internship far exceeded my expectations. The fellow associates at Lowe’s treat you as more than an intern, and give you real responsibilities. The projects that I worked on, had measurable and lasting impacts which is a huge deal as an intern. The experience and knowledge you gain in this experience is invaluable, and truly something you will never forget!

Interning at Lowe’s was by far the best career decision I have ever made. Being an intern in merchandising, I was able to be a part of vendor meetings, line reviews, and work with several of our cross functional partners. Not only did I build a ton of connections with people in my department, but I built connections with all of the interns who shadowed different departments throughout the building. Everywhere I go I see a familiar face!
