To help associates undergoing significant personal hardship, the Lowe's Employee Relief Fund (LERF), funded by the generous contributions of our associates, allows for our team members to help each other in times of need. All associate contributions are matched by Lowe's, making each dollar that much more impactful. In 2020, LERF provided almost $3 million to associates and their families.

Track to the Trades is a national program that Lowe's developed to provide financial support, educational coaching, and more for associates as they pursue certifications in the skilled trades. An estimated 3 million new jobs in the skilled trades will be available by 2028, and Lowe’s is passionate about equipping the next generation of skilled-trades professionals with the training they need to meet the rising demand for these jobs and provide these associates with life-long, fulfilling careers. By providing upfront tuition assistance and utilizing our nationwide contractor network for placement opportunities, Track to the Trades aims to be a valuable resource for a new generation of skilled craftsman.
