Shape the world beyond our stores

As one of the world's largest home improvement retailers, we can significantly impact our communities. In 2022, over 1.4 million people are expected to benefit from Lowe's 100 Hometowns initiative, with over 1,883 associate volunteers creating community centers, housing, cultural preservations, and other valuable community spaces.

Starting in 2022 and over the next four years, Lowe's Hometowns will invest over $100 million in our communities. We aim to complete 1,800 community impact projects nationwide with our associate volunteers' help.

Better together

Lowe's Business Resource Groups (BRGs) create an inclusive open forum for associates who share common interests to meet and support one another. Our BRGs encourage talent engagement, development, and retention, while helping us further understand our community's needs.
