Paid Time Off
We offer paid time off for vacation, holidays, sick leave, and volunteer time. Depending on the position and tenure, most full-time associates start with around 10-15 days of combined time off.

In 2022, over 1.4 million people are expected to benefit from Lowe's 100 Hometowns initiative, with over 1,883 associate volunteers creating community centers, housing, cultural preservations, and other valuable community spaces.
Starting in 2022 and over the next four years, Lowe's Hometowns will invest over $100 million in our communities. We aim to complete 1,800 community impact projects nationwide with our associate volunteers' help.
