Diversity Gives Us Perspective. Inclusion Fosters Growth.

At Lowe's, we're not all the same. And that's our greatest strength. We draw on the differences in who we are, what we've experienced and how we think because we believe celebrating our differences and valuing every associate makes all of us better. Here at Lowe's we combine our differences to achieve greater results.

We Focus on Diversity and Inclusion in Three Areas

Talent

Grow and develop a diverse and representative workforce to help us better understand our customers' needs and how best to meet them.

Culture

Foster an inclusive culture that celebrates our differences and recognizes diversity of all kinds as our strength. It allows us to better serve our customers and better support the communities we serve.

Business

Provide better and more diverse services, products and solutions - meeting the diverse needs of our customers.

When we help underrepresented businesses succeed, we also help generate local jobs, income and tax revenue. We have robust reporting to track our spending with diverse vendors and use that information to appropriately allocate funding in alignment with our goals.
