Software Engineering

Lowe’s Software Engineers help drive the design, maintenance, testing and evaluation of the software and systems that form the backbone of the company’s day-to-day success.

Product Management

This team helps plan and forecast the production and/or marketing of Lowe’s products at all stages of their life cycle. Members of this team play a direct role in delivering the right home improvement products to customers.

Program & Project Management

This team is responsible for planning, organizing, and assigning responsibilities for the completion of Lowe’s Tech goals and initiatives. These roles use an array of project management and software methodologies to take complex projects from concept to delivery.

Enterprise Architecture

Enterprise Architects spearhead the organization of Lowe’s websites, intranets, online communities and software. Apply fundamental principles of design and architecture to the digital landscape and ultimately deliver a better user experience for customers and internal stakeholders alike.

UX & Interaction Design

These teams work to continually enhance Lowe’s customer experience. They spend each day researching and optimizing the ways customers find, engage with, and utilize Lowe’s products and services.

Information Security

These professionals help protect the privacy and integrity of customer and business stakeholder data. They also help ensure the continued availability of crucial operational business data, tools and systems.

Lowe’s data professionals transform information into valuable business resources. From helping Lowe’s reduce costs, to increasing efficiency and capitalizing on new market opportunities, this team helps Lowe’s deliver the best service and value to every customer and community we serve.

Innovation

Lowe’s Innovation Labs defines and delivers what’s next for home improvement retail. With a focus on exponential technologies like AR/VR, robotics, AI and more, our team members accelerate the experiences our customers expect today and develop entirely new capabilities that will power tomorrow.

Infrastructure Engineering

This team is responsible for the overall direction and maintenance of Lowe’s technical infrastructure. Members of this team work with technical staff to integrate hardware, software and network interfaces to form a system. These roles address problems of systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms all while supporting technology users.

Operations

This team provides the logistical support needed to keep Tech at Lowe’s running smoothly. From procuring equipment to keeping Tech facilities up-to-date and supplying every store with the Tech that our customers love, these roles are key members of the Lowe’s Tech organization.

Business Management

These roles provide financial and managerial oversight to the Lowe’s Tech organization, ensuring that we continue to meet our business goals while pursuing excellence in retail technology.
