Assistant Store Manager

What We're Looking For

Highly Collaborative

Every associate is charged with delivering quality customer service while maintaining a clean and safe store that is appropriately stocked with the right products that our customers need. To do this, our associates need to work together across departments and all areas of the business, and with customers and their communities. Our success is due - in large part - to our collaborative nature.

Focused on the Customer

Whether someone is a returning customer or visiting Lowe's for the first time, they all have their home-improvement goal in mind - and they expect an excellent customer experience that helps them achieve that goal. Store associates must remain focused on listening to and learning from customers - it's that level of service that will encourage them to return again and again.

Results-Oriented Doers

Our business and our customers are driven by results. We make this happen by meeting or exceeding our customer's goals through action, responsiveness and a sense of urgency. As a Lowe's associate, you'll be charged with helping meet our customer's goals every time so together we can deliver results for the business.
